Product Description:

OZ Optics produces high quality bulkhead receptacles, sleevethru adapters and universal sleevethru adapters for a variety of connectors. Bulkhead receptacles allow one to attach fiber patchcords to an opening, to project light into free space where it can be used by other optical devices, such as lenses and detectors. These receptacles feature precision zirconia sleeves to center the fiber as well as a stop to ensure the fiber tip stops at a precise point in space. We also provide bulkhead receptacles without stoppers for our pigtailed adjustable FC or SMA connectors. We have angled receptacles specifically designed for correct for refraction from angle polished connectors. Sleevethru adapters are use to mate two male connectors together. The flange on the receptacle enables the user to mount the adapter onto a housing or box. Our standard receptacles mate fibers terminated with industry standard FC/PC, FC/APC, SMA, SC, LC, and ST connectors. Universal connectors allow one to mate together fibers with difference connector types, as long as they are polished the same way.
