Pigtail style collimator for 1064nm, with a 3.5 meter long 20/130um, NA=0.08 Nufern sinlemode fiber. OZ will terminate the fiber so that 3 meters of the fiber is protected with 5mm OD stainless steel jacketing, while the remaining 0.5 meters has 250um OD acrylate buffer only. The collimator uses a f=6.2mm aspheric lens in a 8mm OD housing to generate a 1mm 1/e^2 diameter beam. HPC: high power (>10 Watt CW) system. The inner fiber surface is capped with coreless fiber to maximize power handling. The fiber is then angle cleaved and AR coated to minimize reflections (return loss >50dB) prior to collimating.
